Welcome to the magnificent city of Sarajevo and explore new culture and historic sites in just three nights.
On a 3 night break in Sarajevo, you can explore a unique mixture of East and West. Even taking just three days to explore the city will mean that you’ll have more than enough time to take in iconic sights like Bacarsija, the core of Sarajevo, and even take in a tour of the surrounding Olympic mountains, such as the Trebević mountain to obtain the best panoramic view of Sarajevo and feel the city’s Olympic spirit.
Sarajevo has charmed travelers for centuries, with its winding streets filled with fascinating sights. The old Ottoman Sarajevo is home to wonderful mosques and an old bazaar, where you’ll be able to haggle for unique souvenirs. Our options for a three-night stay in the city include a fantastic spot in the very heart of the city and close to some of the most famous sights, such as the famous Latin Bridge. Also, within walking distance are excellent restaurants that offer a plethora of rich and delicious Bosnian cuisine. Climb to the Sarajevans’ most favorite spot, the Yellow Fortress, enjoy the best sunset view in Sarajevo and relax with a cup of traditional Bosnian coffee or Salep.
You will be surprised at how much you can fit in when you take a three-day city break and how there are plenty of things to discover from Sarajevo’s rich and turbulent history.

We are meeting at Sarajevo International Airport (SJJ) after the arrival of your flight. The guide will be waiting at the airport with a signboard. Transfer to the hotel in the city center and check in. After the check-in, we continue for an orientation tour of Sarajevo’s Old Town. Free evening for dinner in one of the recommended restaurants.
Fulfill your morning and early afternoon with a unique experience. Tackle your senses with traditional delicacies, and learn about our hospitality and the meaning behind a cup of Bosnian coffee. During the tour, we will visit places believed to be sacred, and listen to the legends that locals traditionally associate with the Sarajevo pilgrimage. Take a sip of water from Sebilj, feed the pigeons around it and learn why this is such a significant ritual. Find out why Sarajevo is known as the confluence of good energy and learn to love a la Bosnian. If you want to fully enjoy the beauty of a city, you need to feel it with your heart and see it with your eyes.
After having enough of the city crowd and wanting to get away from it, why not take a ride in the cable car and explore the pristine nature of the mountain Trebević? It was always the favorite spot for the locals to enjoy the fresh air and the best panorama of the city. The mountain Trebević is known in Slavic mythology as the place of sacrifice, but in modern times it is known as one of four Olympic mountains. The 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo has also been the only Olympics so far to be hosted by a Non-Aligned Movement member and by a Muslim-majority city. Take a walk on the bob-sled track, see some great graffiti, have a cup of coffee and let your inner spirit free.
Join this special war tour and learn about the horrific events that devastated the city of Sarajevo during the 90’s. Listen to the stories of everyday life in a constant state of fear spent in shelters without any necessities. First, we visit the Yellow fortress and the Maternity hospital. On our way to the war tunnel, we pass through the notorious sniper alley, the most dangerous street in the city. In the end, we visit the famous Tunnel of Hope, a secret war passage that helped the citizens survive the four-year-long siege. Relive the war experience with your guide and see why this tour is our best-seller tour.
The day continues with the visit to the beautiful springs of river Bosna. The whole area is one big park crisscrossed with waterways that are bridged together with bridges and paths for walking or cycling. In order to get there, we will use horse-driven carriages and pass through the 3,5 km long great alley (tree line).
Free morning in Sarajevo and transfer to the airport according to the flight schedule.
